Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, we do not offer holding apartments without application submission. To ensure everyone has a fair opportunity at our available apartments, all apartments are offered on a first come first serve basis.

Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We require the first full month’s rent to be paid at lease signing.

How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years of age

Is the deposit refundable?
We do not require security deposits.

Who needs a cosigner?
We offer the option to add qualified guarantor(s) to an application for applicants that do not meet our income requirements.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Please visit the property's website, find the apartment you want to apply for, and click "Select", then complete the application process.

How do I pay rent?

I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Click here to view what buildings are pet-friendly. Contact us to learn more about pet policies, pet rent, and restrictions.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
If your lease is ending, your roommate may choose to renew with a new, qualified roommate. Please contact your property manager for steps to add a roommate. If you are in the middle of the lease and your roommate is agreeable, you may find someone to add to your lease.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Please email your property manager with your intent to not renew the lease.
